Please read the following terms before submitting or receiving your GPU from Doctor GPU.
Whether your GPU has been repaired or not, please make sure to collect your GPU within 60 days.
After 60 days, Doctor GPU will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement of the GPU.
A 7-day check warranty will be provided on a repaired GPU.
The warranty period starts from the day you receive your card.
This warranty is provided so you can check and test your repaired GPU after receiving it.
No warranty claims will be accepted for GPUs that are:
If Doctor GPU is unable to repair your GPU, no repair payment will be charged.
We believe customers should not have to pay a repair charge when the GPU could not be repaired.
When you come to collect your GPU, please bring your original receipt.
Without the receipt, the GPU will not be handed over.
By submitting your GPU to Doctor GPU, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
